It is no secret that during this time of uncertainty, we all feel unease regarding the COVID-19.

The painting industry is certainly not sheltered from this epidemic. Many of our suppliers are implementing changes such as lower hours, paint delivery, curb delivery, online or over the phone payments, or as simple as having hand sanitizers at the doors. We are all doing something to help slow/stop the spread.

At Casanova Painting, we are monitoring our staff health and well-being and we are constantly getting informed via social media and our local news.

We are doing our part in ensuring that, as a painting service provider, we do our diligence to follow health authorities’ recommendations plus more.

Some of the actions taken by Casanova Painting are as follow (but not limited to)

• Washing hands/use hand sanitizers. We are asking our customers to allow us to wash our hands every time we come to the premises. We are also using hand sanitizers constantly.
• Our staff is advised and encouraged to use gloves while performing their duties on site. This helps avoid touching anything with bare hands.
• Social distancing. Even within our company, our staff is encouraged to work in separate areas or rooms as much as possible.
• We are recommending our staff to stay home if they feel like they are showing any symptoms of a cold/flu.
• We kindly ask that if you have any symptoms, re-schedule your in-house consultation or start of the project to a later date.
• The use of dust and N95 masks. Especially if we are sanding or the areas we are working in are dusty. If you wish we wear a mask while in your premises, please advise us.
• Use of technology as a tool. That means that we can use photos, MLS Listing, measurements, video calls via WhatsApp and FaceTime (David uses iPhone) in order to quote the job, without even stepping on your premises.
• Price holding. If we have given you a price in the past, we will be more likely to review it and see if we can still honor that price. (restrictions apply.* )
• David Casanova is the only one providing estimates at this time. Again, we are fully aware that we need to keep a distance when interacting with one another.
